Success story of Khushi

Khushi (name changed) is a 22 years old software engineer working in a reputed IT company. In Feb 2024, she got her medical examination done as part of contract. The doctor in charge of the medical examination dept  after examination her reports told her that her reports are within normal limits and she was happy.

Her father shared her blood reports with me. All reports were within normal limits, but blood sugar fasting caught my attention. Her fasting blood sugar was 93 and after meal or post prandial (PP) blood sugar was 89. I told her father that the blood sugar report is the matter of concern, as it is relatively high keeping her age in mind. I told her that she may become a prediabetic or diabetic in near future if her present lifestyle continues. She was advised to repeat the test after six months.

After six months her blood sugar (fasting) came to be 110. She is now a prediabetic as predicted. Now the patient changed the life style completely as suggested. It comprised of refraining from snacking and totally avoiding foods  rich in sugar, white floured and refined oils. She was also advised to undertake some physical activity eg walking after meals for 20-30 minutes.

After six months, her blood sugar fasting report was 73 which is appropriate to her age profile. By modifying her life style, she was able to cure her prediabetes.

Life style modification is powerful tool to cure large number of diseases. If Khushi can get her diseased cured, you can also achieve complete remission of diabetes or prediabetes and other diseases.
